Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests using the Spa, Thermal Suite, Gym, and Beauty Rooms at Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly.
1.2. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. To ensure availability, all treatments and Spa access must be pre-booked.
2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking on the day of treatment.
2.3. Gift vouchers must be presented upon redemption and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.4. Group bookings (6+ people) may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
2.5. All treatments booked in advance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or credit for rescheduling.
3.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
3.3. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
3.4. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time without a price reduction.

4. Spa & Thermal Suite Usage

4.1. The minimum age for Spa and Thermal Suite access is 16 years.
4.2. Guests must complete a consultation form before treatments to inform therapists of any health conditions or allergies.
4.3. The Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if a guest is deemed unsuitable due to medical conditions or intoxication.
4.4. Proper swimwear must be worn in the Thermal Suite at all times.
4.5. To maintain a peaceful environment, mobile phones and cameras are not permitted.
4.6. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed within the Spa and Thermal Suite.

5. Health & Safety

5.1. Guests are responsible for informing the Spa of any pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, or allergies before treatments.
5.2. The Spa is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising due to undisclosed medical conditions.
5.3. Use of Spa and Thermal Suite facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
5.4. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Lockers are available for secure storage.

6. Gift Vouchers & Memberships

6.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
6.2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3. Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the named individual only.

7. Conduct & Etiquette

7.1. Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests at all times.
7.2. Disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service without a refund.
7.3. The Spa reserves the right to refuse entry or treatment to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

8.1. Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages within the facility, except in cases of negligence.
8.2. The Spa reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance or special events with prior notice where possible.
