1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests using the Spa, Thermal Suite, Gym, and Beauty Rooms at Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly.
1.2. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1.3. The Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2.1. All treatments and Spa access must be pre-booked to ensure availability.
2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking on the day of treatment.
2.3. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.4. Group bookings (6+ guests) may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
2.5. All treatments booked in advance must be paid for at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to secure the booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
3.1. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or credit for rescheduling.
3.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
3.3. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
3.4. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time without a price reduction.
4.1. The minimum age for Spa and Thermal Suite use is 16 years.
4.2. Guests must complete a consultation form before treatments to inform therapists of any health conditions or allergies.
4.3. The Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if a guest is deemed unsuitable due to medical conditions or intoxication.
4.4. Proper swimwear must be worn in the Thermal Suite at all times.
4.5. To maintain a tranquil environment, the use of mobile phones and cameras is not permitted.
4.6. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed within the Spa and Thermal Suite.
5.1. Guests must inform the Spa of any pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, or allergies before treatments.
5.2. The Spa is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
5.3. The use of Spa and Thermal Suite facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
5.4. The Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Lockers are available for secure storage.
6.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
6.2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3. Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the named individual only.
7.1. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow guests at all times.
7.2. Any disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service without a refund.
7.3. The Spa reserves the right to refuse entry or treatment to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8.1. Manchester Marriott Hotel Piccadilly is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages within the facility, except in cases of negligence.
8.2. The Spa reserves the right to close facilities for maintenance or special events, with prior notice where possible.
